About the Owner!
I’m a certified USCG approved captain. Orlando Bass fishing charter
I grew up on the West Coast and later moved to Florida, where I made a lot of great friends — including one who owned a bait and tackle shop. I eventually bought that shop from him and grew the business, adding Orlando bass fishing guide trips along the way. Between running the shop in Ocoee, Florida and hosting fishing events for local kids, there’s no one else in Florida doing quite what I do.
Fishing has been in my blood for almost 50 years — I started when I was 3 years old and have learned just about everything there is to know about bass fishing since. Through the bait and tackle shop, I’ve handled thousands of different tackle products and became a main dealer for many manufacturers. I’ve also fished the Pro Tour and trained many captains across Florida, showing them where to fish. Today, I own both the bait and tackle shop and an artificial bait company that carries 1,000+ fishing supplies.
